Our team
The two founders, Steve Chang and Tom Wang, have different strengths. Steve is the founder of Trend Micro, an Internet content security company with annual revenue of US$ 1 billion. In addition, Trend Micro has won the top Taiwan Global Brands for years and many other industry awards, e.g. Customer Experience Award and Software Business Software Industry Award ). Steve’s competence lies in entrepreneurship and strategic planning.
Tom received his MBA from Stanford University and has worked at Dun & Bradstreet US, Disney Taiwan, and MTV Taiwan. With over 10 years of marketing experience, he is a marketing guru.
However, they realized their strengths are insufficient for building up a successful social enterprise. That’s why they have been searching for people with passion for social goods and domain expertise to complete the team. Since Flow is creating a new way of doing business and social impacts, everyone counts.
