若水實習生招募即將截止(至6/10止)
Working in Taiwan’s first venture philanthropy fund, interns will have opportunities to work with Project Managers that have a diversified business background. Interns will have valuable chances to be involved in various social enterprise cases under the leadership of Mr. Steve Chang (Co-founder of Trend Micro), one of the most successful entrepreneurs in Asia. An intern will be under the guidance and in close collaboration with the assigned Project Manager. Each intern will gain exposure to sophisticated business interactions and also see the social impact one can make.

1. Strong passion in social enterprise and eager to solve societal problems
with innovative business practices

2. Fluent in both English and Mandarin
3. Ideally, interns are expected to spend at least a flexible 15-20 hours
per week to extend the internship up to 6 months

perform various business analyses to validate Flow’s prospective
investment opportunities and conduct case studies for social enterprises in
different fields.

This project requires intern to collect related data, conduct market researches, surveys and online marketing to assist Flow in promoting the idea of disabilities employment and expanding the market to sell relevant products.

台灣身障者的總人數已超過一百萬人，達到近百分之五的人口規模，而中國大陸更有超過八千萬的身障族群。隨著社會環境的快速變遷，這些數字卻是有增無減，成為社會上最需要扶持的弱勢族群。台灣的各級政府與非營利組織，已經做了許多事情，特別是「就養」、「就醫」及「就學」，但在「就業」上，卻始終有瓶頸。例如，許多企業找不到大量進用身障員工的方法，寧可負擔未足額進用的費用，每年甚至超過台幣百萬元以上。因此希望根據產業的需求與特性，為企業找到具創新性、可持續(不靠捐助)、易複製、能擴張的整體解決方案，而這些方案的集合，可以形成一個有營收、能獲利且透明化的社會企業營運模式。若水相信不同障別所組成的多元化身障工作團隊，在專業化的領導、輔導與支援體系的扶持下，藉著科技與流程的創新，不但可以提供企業所需的生產力、滿足消費者的需求，同時因為進入正常化的職場，身障者可以逐步建立起自信心、不再成為別人的包袱，也使家庭甚至家族得到釋放。若水創造身障就業的方式，不是一對一的職業仲介，也不去搶奪政府的補助，而是與有心的產業領導者，共同合作、創新研發，找到可以創造身障者與企業雙贏的整體解決方案。

ＤＤＳ是我一直想做的事，工作我可以自己去接洽，工廠場地可以用家裡的舊宅，現在最欠缺的就是如何永續經營，另外財務透明化管理也是我最需要進修和實習的領域，可以給我這個機會嗎？
今年４５歲，我是個打算退休的記者，沒有經濟壓力，但又不想發呆過日子，因此將一生所學與經歷貢獻給社會的強烈使命感，正適合做ＤＤＳ，我需要你們的專業訓練！
